THE FOLLOWING ARE SYMPTOMS THAT YOUR CHILD MAY HAVE
A VISION PROBLEM THAT IS INTERFERING WITH
READING AND LEARNING:

Avoids tasks that involve reading?
Has poor handwriting?
Displays awkwardness and/or clumsiness?
Has headaches, dizziness or nausea associated with reading or other close work?
Omit, insert or reread letters and words?
Confuses similar looking words?
Has difficulty copying from the chalkboard?
Misalign numbers?
Exhibits inconsistent or poor sports performance?
Has been told he or she has a learning disability?

If you checked one or more of the above symptoms, it is strongly advised that you schedule a behavioral vision evaluation.
